I am the sole owner of information collected on this website site. This information is limited to that which is provided by you on your initial enquiry email to me from the email link on the contact page.  This information will likely be limited to name, address, email address and phone number.

This information will only be used by me for the purpose responding to your enquiry. If you decide to go ahead with coaching, I will only use it to communicate with you during our ongoing coaching / client relationship. It will only be used for communicating with you for the purpose of personal fitness training or run coaching services.  These services are described in the body of the website. I will seek further permission from you at a later stage to email you information and articles that are relevant to your personal fitness training or run coaching.

I never pass your details to anyone else or use them for any purpose other than as described here.

I don’t electronically store any personal information about you other than that provided by you on the initial email to me. I use reasonable technical, administrative and physical safeguards on my email account and website to protect the confidentiality and security of this personal information.

My website contains a link to my Facebook page. Facebook will authenticate your identity.  If you take advantage of certain features, such as the Facebook “Like” button and widgets, such as the “Share” button, Facebook may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting, and may set a cookie to enable it to function properly.

Children

My website and services are not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without such parent or guardian’s consent, he or she should contact me. If I become aware that a child under 18 has provided me with personal information, I will delete the email.
