I have many years of endurance running behind me. I have been coaching and mentoring since 2009. In this time, I have  successfully coached my clients to achieve personal best times across all distances from 5k to Ultra Distance events. I am able to  combine my own experience, professional knowledge and qualifications to deliver outstanding run coaching

What I Do…

Achieve your running goal with bespoke and individualised run coaching. A plan tailored to fit you and your lifestyle. Take the guess work away and train smartly to achieve your goal.  

How Does It Work?
  • At the initial consultation, we discuss your lifetime running history and your recent training. You tell me about your work / life balance and how much time you have to train. We also discuss your goals and importantly whether or not they are realistic. I will then produce a week by week plan that is personal to you, your lifestyle and your current fitness level. Regular two way contact and feedback from you ensures that any unexpected issues can be factored in and your plan adapted accordingly. There will be no more junk miles and every session will have a purpose


  •  Run specific strength & conditioning, core stability & strength, balance & proprioception are vital components to your running success. More importantly, they are also vital to injury prevention. Being an Advanced Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer, I am also able to provide advice and guidance in these areas


  •  1-2-1 “Personal Training” sessions for  run workouts, run technique or run specific strength and conditioning are available subject to locality and availability
