An experienced Personal Trainer & Running Coach with special interest around nutrition – both general and sports related.
I have many years of endurance running behind me. I have been coaching and mentoring since 2009. In this time, I have successfully coached my clients to achieve personal best times across all distances from 5k to Ultra Distance events. I am able to combine my own experience, professional knowledge and qualifications to deliver outstanding run coaching
103 Marathons and Ultra-Marathons of all distances up to and including 100 miles.
Age is no barrier. It’s a limitation you put on your mind. My own lifetime personal best times across all distances from 5k to 100miles were achieved at the age of 51.

In 2015 I completed the SDW100 in 23:43, achieving the “100 Miles – One Day” buckle.
