Together, we focus on small, intentional changes that compound over time. You’ll learn how to fuel your body effectively and gain a deeper understanding of your nutritional needs. I will help you develop habits that support your health, performance and long-term goals.

Central to my approach is helping you understand your behaviours and what drives them. We explore your individual habit loops — the cues, actions and rewards that shape your daily choices — bringing awareness to patterns that may be holding you back. Using motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioural strategies, I gently guide you through meaningful, lasting change, so the progress you make feels natural, sustainable, and truly yours.

Whether your goal is fat loss, improving your relationship with food, or enhancing your performance, you’ll be supported every step of the way with a personalised and considered approach.

Nutrition coaching is £75 per month.

For clients combining run coaching with nutrition support, I offer a reduced rate of £125 per month for both services — ensuring your training and nutrition work seamlessly together.)
