  • Comprehensive Initial Consultation
    We take a deep dive into your training history, past achievements, current fitness, and goals. Just as importantly, we explore your lifestyle, time constraints, and how you like to train — ensuring your plan is both effective and realistic.
  • Strategic Goal Setting
    Clear short-, medium-, and long-term targets to give your training direction, purpose, and measurable progress.
  • Bespoke Weekly Programming (#janplan)
    Your training is written and refined week by week, based on:

    • Your goals and priorities
    • Your current fitness and recent training
    • Your work, life, and recovery capacity
  • Adaptive, Real-Time Coaching
    This is not a static plan. Your training evolves continuously, with adjustments made in response to your feedback, performance, and how you’re feeling — ensuring you keep progressing without unnecessary setbacks.
  • Ongoing Review & Accountability
    • Regular check-ins (daily or weekly as needed)
    • Monthly 1-2-1 review, with additional support when required
  • Direct Access to Your Coach
    Unlimited contact via email and text, giving you consistent guidance, reassurance, and accountability throughout your training.

I take a considered, evidence-informed approach to programming, balancing progression with recovery so you can build fitness, improve performance, and reduce injury risk.

Just as importantly, I help you understand your training — so you develop confidence in your pacing, your sessions, and your overall approach.

Run coaching is £75 per month.

For those also working with me on nutrition, I offer a reduced combined rate of £125 to include both services.— allowing your training and nutrition to work seamlessly together.
